Who is the TempleTiger?

The Temple tiger is a 'Panthera Tigris' that lives in the jungles of India. This is one tiger that has beaten back attempts to kill it over the years. Rumored to be under the protection of the temple deity where it is often spotted, the temple tiger is a symbol of every Indian's hope for the continuity of tigers in India faced as they are with extinction arising from human poaching and societal neglect.
The Temple Tiger can be found today in the jungles of Devidhura, Uttar Pradesh India where he has been helped by Project Tiger which gives hope to the other 1410 tigers still present in India
